To adjust magnetic base: turn collar counterclockwise to loosen, adjust to desired angle and retighten.

To charge unit: remove rubber cover along edge of light. Insert micro USB cable, then plug cord into any standard USB port. Indicator LED will show red while charging and blue when complete.
