C-A-L Pickup notifications will arrive via email. Most orders will be ready within 24 hours, however, please allow for extra processing time on nights, weekends, and holidays. Some restrictions apply.

We have two options for C-A-L Pickup, curbside and in-store.

Curbside

Park in one of the designated C-A-L Pickup parking spaces and call the number listed on the sign.


In-Store

Locate the C-A-L Pickup in-store area for assistance from one of our Team Members.

Curbside:

  • Park in one of the designated C-A-L Pickup parking spaces and call the number listed on the sign.
  • Have your ID and order number handy.
  • A Team Member will request access to your trunk, back seat, or direct you to a loading area (for large/oversized items) then they'll load your order.

In-Store:

  • Once you're in the store, locate the C-A-L Pickup in-store area for assitance from one of our Team Members.
  • Have your ID and order number handy.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Most orders will be ready within 24 hours- however, if your order was placed after store hours, on a weekend, or a holiday it may take longer. C-A-L Pickup is available 7 days a week, during the same hours as your local store hours.

Keep an eye on your email. You will receive a "Ready for Pickup" email when your order is ready.

We'll keep your order ready-to-go in store for a total of five (5) days. At the end of business on the fifth day, we will cancel the order and return the items to inventory.

We have two options for C-A-L Pickup, in-store and curbside! You'll receive an email confirming that your order is ready to be picked up. Please wait for this email to arrive before you head to the store.

Bring your email notification or order number along with your driver's license/government-issued photo ID to the store.

NOTE: If your order includes any age-restricted items, ID must be presented to provide proof of age for your state.

Yes, you can assign an alternate person to pickup your order during the checkout process, Simply provide their first and last name and email. They'll receive all email communications about your C-A-L Pickup order until it is picked up. They will need to bring their email notification or order number along with their driver's license/government-issued photo ID to the store.

NOTE: If your order includes any age-restricted items, ID must be presented to provide proof of age for your state.

If you would like to return any items from your order, just bring the items and your receipt email to any store location.

When you arrive to pick up your order we will charge your card and complete the transaction. We'll keep your order read-to-go in store for a total of five (5) days. At the close of business on the fifth day, we will cancel the order and you will not be charged.

If your order was paid for with a C-A-L Ranch Virtual Gift Card and there were unavailable items or the order is conceled, a new virtual gift card will be send to the email address on the order.
