Most customers have access to same-day delivery when they see it while in the store. When in-store, most customers see banners in-store about delivery and/or they'll see it during the checkout process.


While creating a delivery, you can check a box to require a signature. Most customers do not require signatures unless the item is very expensive. Most orders are "leave at door".


Every delivery includes tracking that is available for you. The link on your dashboard and the tracking link sent to the customer will take you to track.roadie.com.


If you place your order before 2pm, it will be delivered same day. Orders placed outside of Same Day Delivery hours will be delivered on the next business day.


Yes, there is a fee for Same Day Delivery. Fees vary by order and delivery distance.


Now you can place an order in-store at the register and get it delivered the same day. Same-day delivery is available 7 days a week, for both residential and business customers in select areas and ZIP codes.


Most items are eligible for same-day delivery. If your order qualifies for Same Day Delivery our delivery partner will assign a delivery driver your order and you will be notified with confirmation of pickup and a tracking number to watch your order come to your home.


Our same-day delivery is enabled through the Roadie platform. We recommend that you are home to receive your order.


For residential deliveries, if the delivery driver attempts delivery, but you are not available, and they cannot find a safe place to leave your order, they may try to contact you at the phone number provided during checkout. If the delivery is not able to be completed, your order will be returned to the store, and a full refund of your order and shipping costs will be completed within 24 hours of it being returned.


You can track your delivery once the order is picked-up. You will be able to track the delivery status once you receive a confirmation text that the order is out for delivery.


Check the tracking link in your confirmation text. If the product is showing as delivered, be sure our delivery provider didn’t leave the product in a hidden location. If you are still unable to find your order, call the customer service number listed on the tracking page. If the delivery driver was unable to deliver your order, the tracking link will show Returned Back to Sender. The product will be returned to the store and your payment will be refunded within 24 hours.


In-store only. Orders must be placed before 2pm to qualify for same day delivery. Holiday delivery times may vary. Holiday surcharges may apply during peak seasons. Same Day Delivery currently only in Las Vegas, Nevada. Additional fees or services may apply to your ordered item - the delivery company will contact you with any additional available service or scheduling information. Customer is liable for oversized item off-loading at time of delivery. Delivery address must have large truck accessibility. Roadie will contact customer with updates on delivery times or additional delivery requirements. Items that will fit in the front seat or trunk will be delivered to the customers door. Large items will be delivered curbside and will require assistance from the customer to unload it from the vehicle. Parcel items will be delivered to your designated delivery location such as a porch, mailbox, etc.
