When will my order ship?
- C-A-L Ranch processes and ships orders Monday-Friday with exception of Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, and New Year's Day.
- Virtual gift cards are processed immediately (including weekends and holidays).
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to your email. If you created an account BEFORE you placed your order (or had one previously and were signed in at time of order) you may track your order(s) by logging into your CALRanch.com account and click on tracking in the upper right hand corner. What if I didn't receive my order?
In some cases it may take up to 48 hours for you package to arrive after having been marked delivered. If your package still hasn't arrived, contact FedEx at 1-800-463-3339.
