✝For orders under $49–$98.99, we have a flat-rate shipping fee of $5. For orders over $99, we are happy to provide free ground shipping. However, larger items may require a shipping surcharge. You will have the opportunity to review all shipping charges before you complete your order. To qualify for the free ground shipping offer order must meet or exceed $99 after any coupons, promotions, or discounts are applied.

Order Fulfillment and Specs:

  • Currently, C-A-L Ranch offers shipping to US locations (excluding CA, HI, and AK) and APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is not available at this time. Orders shipped to PO Boxes can only be shipped USPS.
  • Shipments to California are suspended until we are in compliance with Proposition 65 regulations. Customers in California wanting to purchase our products are encouraged to visit one of our 26 stores in Arizona, Nevada, Utah or Idaho.
  • Liquids, Hazardous materials, guns, ammunition, and large items cannot be shipped at this time, but can be purchased in store.
  • Orders must be placed by 1PM MST for the items to be shipped the next business day. (Orders placed Monday before 1pm will be packed and shipped no later than Tuesday afternoon. Orders placed Friday before 1pm will be packed and shipped no later than Monday afternoon.)
  • Please note: When calculating the number of days for delivery please note that UPS only ships product on regular business days including Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
  • For UPS: Packages may weigh up to 150 lbs (70 kg), measure 165 inches (419 cm) in length and girth combined, and 108 inches (270 cm) in length. For further information visit UPS.com
  • For USPS: The package weight must not exceed 50 pounds. The package must not exceed 3 feet in length, width, or height. The girth of the package must not exceed 5 feet. The girth is the circumference around the two smallest sides of the package. For further information visit USPS.com

  • C-A-L Ranch processes and ships orders Monday-Friday.with exception of Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to your email. If you created an account BEFORE you placed your order (or had one previously and were signed in at time of order) you may track your order(s) by logging into your CALRanch.com account and click on tracking in the upper right hand corner. Additionally you can chat with our customer service team or call 855-881-5540 (M-F 8-5pm MST)

What if I didn't receive my order?

On occasion, we will have a package returned to us as undeliverable. In such circumstances, the following applies:

  • We will attempt to inform you via email or phone of the delivery failure and confirm the shipping address to attempt a second delivery.
  • If we are unable to reach you, we will refund your order in full (less the shipping cost).
  • If your item is damaged or stolen, please contact our customer service team and we will assist you accordingly.

How are Physical Gift Cards or Virtual Gift Cards shipped?

  • Physical Gift Cards are shipped via USPS.
  • Virtual Gift Cards are sent via email.
