Your Shipping Options:
UPS - packages may be up to 150 lbs. (70 kg), 165 inches (419 cm) in length and girth combined, and 108 inches (270 cm) in length. If you are not able to add large items to your cart, packages with a large size-to-weight ratio require special pricing and dimensional weight calculations. Please call your local store to check inventory on these items or call us to arrange shipping
Shipping Locations: Currently, C-A-L Ranch offers shipping to U.S. locations and APO/FPO addresses.
Picking/Packing Info - If you place your order with regular ground shipping please allow 3 business days to ship out.
Express Items - You need to place your orders before 1pm for the item to be shipped the next day. (For example, if you order Monday before 1pm, it will go out no later than Tues afternoon.) ALSO - UPS will not deliver on Saturdays so please allow for BUSINESS DAYS in your shipping calculations. NO GUARANTEES that Drop Ship items will be able to ship Express during the holidays. C-A-L Ranch only ships items Monday through Friday. If you place an order after 5:00 pm MST Friday it will not ship until the following Monday.
Vendor Drop Ship - ship times will vary according to the vendor that it is shipping from. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for drop ship items. In the instance of bad weather and holiday rush please allow for more transit time.
LTL Shipping - For your convenience, we now offer LTL shipping for large items. Your shipping cost will depend on the weight of the item ordered and your zip code.

Returns at C-A-L Ranch are easy! You may return your purchase at any C-A-L Ranch location with your online invoice or contact Online Customer support 1-855-881-5540.

- You may send your package back via USPS (if it was shipped USPS) or UPS.
- Please keep your tracking # handy so you can ensure we received your return.
- If you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to our error or a defective product contact us for a prepaid shipping label. We will email the prepaid shipping label to you and you can drop your package off at any UPS location or schedule a pickup.
- Once your package arrives at C-A-L Ranch we will inspect the return/exchange and notify you before processing.
- If you request an exchange we will send out your new item(s) at that time.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for the return/exchange process
To ensure a timely and efficient return on any items purchased online through calranch.com and shipped from Cal Ranch Stores and facilities the following steps must be adhered too.
- Items purchased online may be returned within 90 days from the date of the receipt/invoice except for the following:
Guns, ammo, licenses, swimwear, under garments, special orders and clearance items are all non-returnable.
- Merchandise must be in original condition and in factory packaging to the best of the customers’ ability.
- Warranty items may require special handling.
- All returns will be made to the card used during the transaction. If you do not possess the card used in the transaction any longer your refund will be in the form of a CAL Ranch gift card.
- If the item was a gift and you choose to return it we can either refund the purchase to original card or issue a gift card to the recipient of the gift.
*DROP SHIPPED ITEMS
Returns: Dropship items are those items shipped from the manufacturer directly to the customer. Our return policy for Drop Ship Items differs from above and is as follows:
- We have a 30-day return policy and must be in original condition and factory packaging when returned along with a 10% re-stocking fee that will subtracted from your refund.
- All Drop Ship exchanges: 1st exchange is complimentary PER order, any exchanges done after that will be charged a 10% re-stocking fee!
** SADDLES & TACK:
All Saddles and Drop Ship Tack have a 30-day return policy and must be in original condition and factory packaging when returned along with a 20% re-stocking fee that will subtracted from your refund.
*** WHEN SHIPPING RETURNS TO C-A-L RANCH STORES
- Please make sure the item is inside another box or garment bag to protect the original box or packaging. If the item is breakable please ensure that it is packed correctly. Please keep your tracking # handy if you have shipped it, otherwise we have no way of tracking the return shipment and are not responsible for lost shipments.
- Some shipping charges are not refundable. Restrictions on return shipping are the same applied to original shipping.
