Terms and Conditions:

Must be purchased in increments of 5.

Customers must be 18 years or older to purchase live animals.

Orders are estimated to arrive within 10-27 days. Chicks are shipped directly from the hatchery to your selected store. Customers will receive a C-A-L Pickup email notification when their order is ready, order must be picked up within 24-hours. Chicks that are not picked up on the specified pick-up date are subject to resale with no refund.

Upon pick-up:
It is the customers responsibility to inspect the chicks before they leave the store.

In the unlikely event that a chick is deceased within 24-hours of pick-up, please return to your selected store with your pickup email or receipt to receive a replacement.

After 24-hours, C-A-L Ranch Stores is no longer liable for deceased chicks.
