These posts are 5" wide and vary in length depending on your needs and uses. Treated, wooden posts are more aesthetically pleasing than metal t-posts. These posts are ideal for wire or rail fencing, depending on what kind of look or purpose you're planning for. This product will give your ranch or roadside pasture a classy, western appearance. Also, tightening and stretching wire is easier with wooden posts with the wire stapled on, as opposed to using t-post fences. Distance between posts is subjective to builders, depending on usage and whether or not fence stays are utilized. When containing livestock, always be sure to install wire or boards on the livestock side of the fence. 

These posts are strong, durable, and long-lasting. Strength against livestock may vary depending on how securely or in what way posts are installed in the ground. Be sure to tamp the soil after every 2-4 inch layer of dirt installed in the post hole for best results.
