If the item was a gift and you choose to return it we can either refund the purchase to the original card or issue a gift card to the recipient of the gift.
We do not process exchanges for online orders. If you would like a different size or product, please return the original item and place a new order.
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible so we can make it right.
All clearance sales are final. No returns or exchanges on clearance merchandise.
A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns. Without proof of purchase, we may issue store credit at the item’s lowest selling price.
Firearms and ammunition cannot be returned or exchanged for safety and legal reasons. All sales are final.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please contact Customer Service if this applies to your order.
Orders cannot be canceled once they are in processing. You may return the order once received following our standard return policy.
