- I certify that I am of legal age to possess a firearm (18 for shotgun or rifle, 21 for all other firearms, including frames/receivers, silencers, and pistol grip smooth bore firearms). - I understand that the item(s) I ordered will arrive at my chosen location and can only be picked up by me, the actual purchaser, with valid government-issued photo identification and any additional documentation as may be required by applicable state law for firearm transfers.
