Online Shopping 

Credit/Debit Cards: We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We can only accept a single card type per online purchase.

Gift Cards: We accept C-A-L Ranch Gift Cards and eGift Cards. You can redeem up to three C-A-L Ranch Gift Cards and/or eGift Cards per online purchase. We do not accept brand or other gift cards for online or in-store purchases.

Combining Payment Options: Customers can combine payment options with a single credit/debit card and up to two C-A-L Ranch Gift Cards and/or eGift Cards per online purchase.

Other Payment Options: PayPal.


You should receive an email confirmation message from Customer.Service@countrysupplier.com for each order. If you do not receive an email, please contact us and we will send you a copy manually.

For Orders placed while logged into your Account: If you have an account on calranch.com and you were logged in when you placed your order, you can view your order history under the "My Account" menu in the upper-right corner of each page (on mobile devices, it is at the bottom of the main menu).

For Orders placed as a Guest: If you placed an order as a guest (without an account) and you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your shopping cart for the product(s). If the products are still in the cart, please complete the checkout process. If your cart is empty, contact Customer Service and we can confirm if your order was placed successfully or not.


If you have an account on calranch.com and you placed the order while you were logged in, click on "order history" under "My account", view your order history, then click on "track my shipment". If you checked out as a Guest, you can follow the "track your order" link in your email confirmation message.


Due to volume, the expected wait time after you place your order is 4 hours. Also, orders placed after 4:00PM will not be ready until the next business day. Please wait until you receive the email notification from us that your pickup order is ready before going to the store to pick up your order.


Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed once submitted. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact Customer Service.


We apologize for the inconvenience. If an order has been canceled due to a missing item or problem with a payment method authorization, we can assure you that you have either not been charged for it or the cost of the item(s) will be refunded. Sometimes our fraud detection program has a problem with an order and cancels it for your protection. If your order is canceled, we will need to verify the information, and you will then be able to replace the order.

Unfortunately, we do not offer backorders on the website at this time. Please check with your local store for special orders.


Each order comes with a packing slip, which does not have pricing. Product pricing is available on the order confirmation email you received or on your My orders screen.


We have suspended shipping to California addresses as we work to update our systems and product information to notify customers of potentially harmful chemicals in products that we sell as outlined in California's Proposition 65. Right now, the only shippable vendors are as follows: Ariat, Carhartt, Justin, and Montana Silversmiths.

No. Clearance or discontinued item purchases are for in-stock items only and are final sale; no rain checks or special orders.

Store Shopping


Our regular store hours are 8:00am - 9:00pm Monday - Saturday and 9:00am - 6:00pm on Sundays.

Your 4-legged friends are welcome at C-A-L Ranch! You can bring your pet shopping with you, all that we ask is that they are leashed.

But both physical and eGift Cards can be used to purchase online and in store.


Not all store coupons work online yet. Please contact Customer Service if you have issues with a coupon.

We accept manufacturer coupons in store, but not currently online.

Yes, C-A-L Ranch offers a 10% discount to military members on these specific holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and Veterans Day. Simply show your military ID at checkout. Some exclusions apply, including gas-powered equipment, firearms, ammunition, licenses, and gift cards.



Shipping, Store Pickup & Delivery

We offer free shipping on orders over $99 for select items. Please read our Shipping Information Page for more information.


Standard ground rates apply for non-free shipping orders.


Currently, we ship to the lower 47 states. Hawaii and Alaska are excluded. California shipments are limited to select brands and items: Justin, Ariat, Carhartt, and Montana Silver. Please see our Shipping Information Page for full details on order fulfillment. Restrictions also apply to heavy or oversized products, food (including candy), items shipped directly from the manufacturer, liquids or chemicals, and products containing lithium-ion batteries.


You will receive a "Ready for Pickup" email message from Customer.Service@countrysupplier.com. This email will indicate that the item(s) are ready to be picked up at the store.

Orders that you place online with us for pickup at one of our stores will be held for ten (10) days. If you’re unable to pick up your order within that timeframe, we’ll cancel your order and issue a refund.


We expect to ship all orders within one business day (orders don't get picked up by our shipping carriers on Saturday or Sunday). You can view the delivery map on our Shipping Information Page. Average ground shipping and delivery times are about 3-7 days.


You can pick up your orders at the front cash register area. See the store signage for "Order Pickup". For large items, please check with a cashier for a complimentary loadout to your vehicle. You can also choose to do curbside pickup by parking in one of the designated curbside parking spots and calling the number on the sign.


We apologize for the inconvenience. To begin a shipping claim, please contact Customer Service. Although we cannot be held responsible after the package has been delivered.

We are currently unable to provide shipping for addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the U.S. California shipments are limited to select brands and items: Justin, Ariat, Carhartt, and Montana Silver. Restricted items include Ammunition, Firearms, Gunpowder, Primers, Chemicals (including oil and gas), and Vaccines. We do not ship anything over 35 lbs.


At this moment we do not offer expedited shipping.


Yes, you can select more than one shipping option during checking out.


Unfortunately, you are unable to cancel your order if it is already on the way.


Packages will not be shipped on the following Holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve. If a Holiday falls on a weekend, the following Monday will be taken as an observance.

If you’re seeking sponsorship or support for an event, please submit your request at least 6–8 weeks in advance. This allows us time to review your request and ensure it aligns with our guidelines and available budget.


Support for individuals is provided only in very rare circumstances. These cases are typically limited to emergency or crisis situations and are usually associated with qualified 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations.
